This is a unique and innovative Staging Tool. A complete room by room evaluation process, floor plan and tips ensure each property is prepared for sale.
Half Day Staging
This is for the house that is almost ready to show. We will improve furniture arrangement, placement of pictures and accessories. We will make each room warm and inviting to the "buyers eyes". We will work with what you currently have and incorporate other pieces as needed to further enhance the pictures for marketing purposes.

Full Day Staging
What a difference a day makes! Perfect for the client that is just too busy to do it all themselves. IBD will spend full day making your home model-perfect. By end of the day we will make your home into a buyers dream.
Open House Staging Weekend
Before taking those important photos for MLS & Internet, let us stage your home. Having an open house? This service will make the best first impression possible. We will spend two full days prior to the open house event transforming your home into a show home.
Full Service Staging
Many homeowners select this option. They just do not have the time to take on the task of preparing their home for sale. Our full service option is based on size of the project and budget of the homeowner. Evey aspect of the home gets the attention it deserves, designed t sell! Curb appeal, furniture placement, overcrowding and clutter will all be taken care of.
Vacant Home Staging
